NUR 4945C Capstone Professional Synthesis
This capstone course is designed to enhance and synthesize the acquisition of the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of professional practice gained throughout the curriculum that emphasize attainment of the competencies of the baccalaureate program outcomes. The student will complete a professional portfolio that disseminates leadership, professional development, life-long learning, and evidence-based practice. Students will identify and develop actionable quality improvement change project(s) in a selected healthcare setting, and the nursing profession that is relevant, evidence-based, collaborative (faculty, preceptor, stakeholders) and innovative during the Immersive Practice Experience hours.
