NUR 4828 Systems Level Nursing Practices
This course prepares the RN to BSN student to influence and lead within complex healthcare systems. Students will analyze organizational structures, quality and safety initiatives, interprofessional team dynamics, health policy, and resource allocation to improve patient, population, and organizational health. Students utilize informatics, evidence-based practice, and professional communication to drive system-level improvements.
