CIS 2910C Information Technology Capstone
This course serves as the culminating, project-based experience for students completing an associate in science degree within the computer programming, networking, and cybersecurity disciplines. Students will integrate and apply discipline specific technical competencies to an advanced, comprehensive project. Following an industry-standard lifecycle management framework, students will navigate an information technology project from initial requirements analysis and environmental scoping through architecture design, implementation, verification testing, and final deployment. Projects are individually customized to align with the student's specific programmatic major including Computer Programming, Cybersecurity, or Network Systems Technology and culminate in a professional technical manual and an oral presentation to an audience of faculty and peers.
