Nursing (RN) ADN Transition Program (LPN and Paramedic)-Associate in Science

Completed applications, including all admission requirements, must be received by the Admissions and Student Records office within the following time frame. Campus locations are assigned and determined by the Nursing department.

Paramedic Transition:

June admission: January 18 through March 30 (West Campus-odd years only)

October admission: January 15 through March 29 (Porter Campus-even years only)

LPN Transition:

January admission: July 10 through September 11 (Porter Campus)

August admission: January 18 through May 18 (North Campus and West Campus - Campus determined and assigned by Nursing department)

Note: If the application deadline falls on a day the College is closed, the application will be accepted on the next day the College is open for business.

Note: Students who fail to attend the term for which limited access admission is granted must reapply to the program. Admission requirements for the LPN/Paramedic Transition Program are under review and are subject to change. Students are encouraged to meet with an advisor or visit the PHSC website for updates.

The ADN/Paramedic Transition program is offered contingent upon sufficient enrollment. Applicants to the ADN/Paramedic Transition program will be selected to begin their first course, NUR 1006 and NUR 1006L, during the summer or fall term.
