SLS 1264 Leadership Development Studies IC
This course is the third of three courses that focus on the development of leadership ability. This course assists the student in understanding the importance of effective goal setting and techniques of goal-setting. The course will provide the student with an understanding of how to initiate change and overcome resistance to change. The course will focus on empowerment as a critical concept of effective leadership. The course will discuss the complexities inherent in ethical leadership.
