This is a theoretical course that provides in-depth information of the expectations of a student to prepare for clinical preceptor ship. The roles of the nurse as provide of care, communicator, teacher, manager and member of profession provide the framework for clinical application and evaluation. This course consists of 7.5 theory hours.
