STS 1323 Surgical Procedures I

This course is designed to provide the student with an overall understanding of the theory and hands-on applications involved in surgical specialties of Minimally Invasive Surgery, General, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Genitourinary, Plastics and Ophthalmic. Surgical anatomy for each specialty will be reviewed. Pathophysiology as well as disease processes related to surgical procedures within these specialties will be covered.
