ECO 2023 Principles of Microeconomics

This is a course in microeconomics that deals with supply and demand; markets and prices; competition and market structures; business organization and production; distribution of income among factors of production; international trade; economic systems and consumer theory.

Prerequisite

ENC 0021 or ENC 0022 or ENC 0025 and REA 0011 or REA 0017 or REA 0019, and MAT 0022 or MAT 0028 or MAT 0055 (completed with a grade of "C" or higher or "P" for each course) or appropriate placement test scores. Students who are not required to take the common placement test or enroll in developmental education courses do not have to satisfy prerequisites.
