PLA 2104 Legal Research and Writing I
An intensive study of the fundamentals of legal research and the sources and materials used in legal research. This course introduces the student to legal writing and the format for memoranda of law.
Prerequisite
ENC 1101 (completed with a grade of "C" or higher).
