New and Transfer Student Orientation

All new students planning to register for courses at PHSC for the first time who are seeking a degree, a diploma, college certificate or a technical certificate must attend a new student orientation before registering for classes. The New Student Orientation is offered online and in-person at each campus. During this mandatory student orientation students will receive important information about registering for classes, adding and dropping courses, class withdrawal requirements, financial aid and a general overview of academic policies and procedures. Orientation appointments can be made by contacting a PHSC campus. Students may access the New Student Orientation on CANVAS via their myPHSC Student Portal (WISE).
