MAC 2233 Applied Calculus

This course provides applications of calculus to business, economics and the social sciences. Topics include limits, continuity, rates of change, differentiation and integration of algebraic, logarithmic and exponential functions with particular emphasis on applications. MAC 2233 is not designed for those students who plan to major in mathematics, engineering or the natural sciences. Credit is not given for both MAC 2233 and MAC 2311. This course must be completed with a grade of "C" or higher if used to satisfy General Education course degree and/or certificate requirements.
