WOH 2040 20th Century World History

This course will introduce students to important themes of political, economic and diplomatic history in the Twentieth Century. The course will examine the following general periods/topics: Imperialism, the Great War, the rise of fascism and communism, the work economic depression, the Second World War, the end of colonialism, the Cold War, globalization and the Age of Terror. This course satisfies the Gordon Rule writing requirement. A grade of "C" or higher must be attained.
