BSC 1311 Marine Biology

Marine Biology is a survey of the organisms and habitats found in the marine ecosystem. This course will provide an overview of the ecology, adaptations and behavioral strategies that are needed by marine organisms in order to survive the physical and chemical nature of the marine environment.

Prerequisite

REA 0017 or REA 0011 or REA 0019 (completed with a grade of "C" or higher for each course) or appropriate placement test scores. Students who are not required to take the common placement test or enroll in developmental education courses do not have to satisfy prerequisites.
