This course uses Advanced Aviation Training Devices (AATDs) to expose students to a wide variety of operating and flight conditions, advanced flight planning and navigation, in-flight decision making, and emergency situations. Students will ‘fly’ approximately 30 hours on the AATDs. This course does not conduct flight training towards obtaining an FAA certification or rating, and may not employ a certified flight instructor. Students may not receive logbook flight hours for simulator lessons.

Special Note: Students must present proof of U.S. Citizenship or TSA approval for flight planning to the Aviation Programs Director.
