General Admission Requirements for Limited Access/Selected Admissions Health Programs

Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Paramedic, Pharmacy Technician, Practical Nursing, Radiography and Registered Nursing are limited access health programs. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a selected admissions program (unlimited seats but criteria applicants must meet to be admitted). In addition to being admitted to the College, students must meet the admission requirements for the limited access/selected admissions health program they wish to enter. Students are required to submit a separate limited access/selected admissions application for each program for which they choose to apply. Applications will be accepted during the open application period. There is a $25 nonrefundable application fee for each limited access/selected admissions application submitted. Students are eligible to register for limited access/selected admissions health program courses only after having been accepted to that program.

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Health Unit Coordinator, Social and Human Services, Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomy are open entry programs. Students may register for these courses during regular registration times. Students are advised to register early for these courses because space is limited.
