MAN 4301 Human Resource Management

This course reviews various human resource subjects and programs. The topics include: equal employment opportunity, organization culture, job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, training/development, compensation/incentives, discipline, and grievance procedures. Both line managers and HR specialists need to grasp these subjects, so they can better analyze situations, select suitable situational programs, measure outcomes, and revise when necessary.
